Michael Arrington, the founder of TechCrunch, recently said that the XRP cryptocurrency helped his fund move $50 million in just 2 seconds. The large transaction only cost 30 cents, Arrington noted. He also stated that “there’s just no [other] way to do it that fast and that cheaply. So, it serves a really useful need for us."
