A government initiative under the Indian Institute of information Technology and Management, The Kerala Blockchain Academy (KBA), is currently a general partner of R3.
Local news outlet The Economic Times reported on August. 27 that New York-based enterprise blockchain firm R3 selected the KBA as a general partner. per the article’s author, the academy already designed a developer certification program on the firm’s Corda blockchain, meant for banking and technology professionals.
Governmental blockchain education
Per the report, KBA is that the 1st government establishment in India that offers a Corda blockchain development program. Moreover, the initiative conjointly provides in-person coaching on technologies like Hyperledger and Ethereum (ETH).
India has been more open towards blockchain, while being a hostile environment for cryptocurrency enthusiasts. It was, for example, recently reported that the govt. of the Indian state of Maharashtra is making ready a regulative sandbox for testing blockchain solutions across numerous applications.
R3’s broader work
