Startup.Network conducted the 145th Startup Battle in Los Angeles on May 30th.

This event was supported by Edward Charles Foundation and Forest Nation.

More than 20 VCs and Angels attended the event.

The Startup Battle was started with Panel Discussion. Amazing Mark Hamade became the Moderator of the Panel Discussion at the 145th Startup Battle.

This time our Speakers answered to the questions of the following topic “ How to structure your startup to get investors excited ”. The Speakers observed the questions about key facts what force investors to invest in startups as well as common errors what can grave startup. What is more, our Guests and Entrepreneurs had an opportunity to listen to a couple of advice and admonition from each of our Speakers.

The second part of the Battle was dedicated to pitching competition. Ten pre-selected Startups showed their promising projects to the wide audience of the venture community.

During the Startup Battle, Judges marked each startup.

According to the voting results, the winner of the Battle became NearSight, a mobile solution to replace old fashioned reading glasses, with an average score of 4.00 points.

The second place was BUTTON Wallet with a score of 3.75. It is the messenger based wallet.

The third place with 3.73 points took Fuel, a fast-casual chain with fitness food.

The fourth place was Bsamply, Inc., connecting & empowering the fashion industry. The fifth place belonged to the startup that helps people connect to co-own homes - Cher.

The sixth place was Hourly Stocks, Inc.

The seventh place was Lyftron

The eighth-place belonged to Third Opinion Care

The ninth was MESO.

The tenth place was Shivers.
