BitMEX CEO Arthur Hayes has offered to pay all production costs related to hosting a live debate between Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin and renowned economist Dr. Nouriel Roubini. Already, Roubini has rejected many such offers from journalists as he considers them to be PR people who are "shilling scams."
