SiGMA & AIBC Manila announces two day hackathon
Hackathon event in collaboration with Blockdevs.Asia
SiGMA Manila and Manila AIBC Summit has announced the iGaming and emerging tech super show will include a two day, non-stop hackathon in collaboration with Blockdevs.Asia. The hackathon will be jointly organised by SiGMA Manila, AIBC Manila, and the Blockdevs.Asia team.
The event organisers are expecting 200 developers across 40 teams to take part in the hackathon, which will be taking place in the same location as the Summit, at the SMX Convention Center in Manila, Philippines. The hackathon tracks will be a mix of both emerging tech and iGaming problems to be solved.
With a cash prize of $4,000 and 3 flights for the winners to travel to Malta for AIBC Summit in November 2020, the 40 teams will focus on emerging tech and gaming, and will be mentored and judged in their efforts by industry peers including @IvanOnTech and Amadeo.
The winners will also benefit from an interview and photoshoot to be included in the November edition of BLOCK magazine.
Developers wishing to register for the hackathon event in Manila should visit https://manilablockchainsummit.com/hackathon-2, while any brands interested to sponsor the activity should contact sophie@sigma.com.mt.
The inaugural SiGMA Manila and Manila AIBC Summit will take place June 8th-9th 2020, bringing together key brands from the west and key players in the Asian markets to explore new opportunities and establish relationships. It’s an event to bridge the global sectors of iGaming with AI, blockchain, IoT, Quantum Tech, and other emerging technologies, inviting participants to join the conversation and shape the future.
