Ambrosus is a rapidly expanding technology-driven startup with global operations. We build blockchain-based solutions to disrupt the global supply chains.
We are looking to hire more technical people - solutions architects, technical product owners, developers, system engineers, and we need a Technical Recruitment Manager onboard to help us proactively seek and find the right candidates, interview them, perform technical due diligence and streamline hiring/onboarding processes in our Dublin office, as well as in our Tallinn office on an ad hoc basis.

Help identify candidates who will excel in a rapid and complex environment of a company that is a pioneer of new technologies
Helping around all HR-related issues
Requirements
5+ years of HR management / recruitment in tech/innovation companies
Strong understanding of new technologies (blockchain; experience in other cutting-edge areas such as AI, Big Data, IoT, etc. is welcome
Solid understanding of psychology and interpersonal/intercultural communications
Ability to deliver - we will expect quality results
