Lisk is seeking a well-rounded and experienced Tech Evangelist to join our rapidly growing team. We are searching for somebody with a passion for blockchain technology, basic understanding of the Lisk project and community, as well as proven experience in getting key stakeholders excited about complex technological ideas.

Basic requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Creating detailed, compelling, and technically accurate content for the Lisk blog/ community

• Developing and delivering compelling presentations, product demos, sample solutions, and discussions to drive awareness and adoption of Lisk

• Public speaking experience, being able to captivate audience with passion

• Maintaining an ever-expanding social media presence and fielding technical questions from the community;

• Collaborating with internal teams to define the product road map, market positioning, community user groups and developer program initiatives

• Creating and maintaining white papers, screencasts, demos and videos about Lisk services along with emerging Blockchain technologies and industry developments

• Public speaking experience, being able to captivate audience with passion

• Maintaining an ever-expanding social media presence and fielding technical questions from the community

Skill requirements:

• A desire and talent to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely while inspiring developers: verbally, in writing, on stage, and through video

• Experience as a current or former technical practitioner (E.g., developer, SRE, DevOps engineer, IT Operations engineer, Sales Engineer, etc.), familiar with the breadth of the software development lifecycle

• A high level of expertise in one or more of the following technology areas: Blockchain, cryptocurrency, JavaScript, Node JS, React

• Ability to code demos for the purpose of presentations and blogs

• Hustle to get out there and talk to the developer community, in-person and online (ideally evidenced by existing social media connections, prior speaking engagements, online forum participation, etc)

• Responsive and authentic in your community interactions, you get enjoyment from teaching new skills and ways of thinking

• A great listener, you’re not afraid to look at things from different angles and accept there’s something new for you to learn or consider
