Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Business Operations & Strategy to chart the strategic direction of the business and articulate strategic priorities

• Analyze and understand all dimensions of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, and develop perspectives on relationships, opportunities and risks

• Develop and execute strategic and competitive analyses to support strategy decision-making and to identify new organic and inorganic growth opportunities

• Understand target customer segments and help develop and refine differentiated offerings, new capabilities and winning value propositions

• Develop metrics, analytics and insights to drive growth in key areas of the business, including pricing, product development, geographic expansion, ancillary services, M&A

• Conduct impact and ROI analyses to support prioritization of strategic initiatives across all key areas of the business, including sales and marketing, product development, operations, back office, etc.

• Develop key metrics to indicate and guide strategic progress and performance and create visibility in in all areas of the business

Capabilities and Skills Required:

• Experience and proven track record in strategy consulting, investment banking or strategy roles in the financial services or technology industries

• Knowledge of financial markets and strong interest in cryptocurrency

• Experience in international markets

• Strong strategic and creative thinking, analytical and project management skills

• Ability to establish strong working relationships across all levels of management, and to work collaboratively and independently

• Effective at communicating complex topics and influencing others

• Creativity, adaptability, tenacity, a sense of urgency and hands-on, roll-up your sleeves work ethic

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

• Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred

• 10 years experience in similar field and roles

• Financial markets experience with knowledge/interest in cryptocurrency
