Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing & exploring new relationships with banks and payment service providers (PSP).

• Providing and resolving banking solution for the company.

• Stay abreast of recent industry (cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, digital assets…) trends.

• Research on global regulations and bank account opening requirements in the industry.

• Research and analyse on competitor’s settlement solution and recommend sound solutions.

• Assist corporate Legal counsel on corporate documentations & filing, company registrations and form filling etc.

• Assist on varies project management.

• Any ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3-5 years of banking / compliance work experience.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic and with excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing).

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Familiar with settlement practice and money transfer process.

• Good knowledge of the general banking operations and regulations.

• Experience in digital assets (also known as cryptocurrency) exchange is a plus.

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, other languages will be a plus.

• Immediate availability is a plus.
