You will be working with the corporate clients/partners of Ambrosus (multi-billion-dollar producers, distributors and/or retailers of food & beverage products) who wish to integrate Ambrosus blockchain-IoT platform into their operations.
You will be the owner and manager of key accounts and make sure that all aspects of the projects are running smoothly (incl. management of IT development, solutions development, interaction between Ambrosus and corporations). Clear ownership of the project and its success. You will manage 2-3 parallel projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategically implement a timeline that works with clients and all departments to ensure key deliverables and milestones are met
Understanding and implementing strategic management of all components within a pilot project
Appropriately setting and managing client expectations and proactively managing client timelines
Identifying and prioritizing key timelines to ensure a streamlined process
Reporting to Senior Management (CEO and CPO) with status report for assigned projects and tasks
Acting as key point of contact for clients
Quickly adapting and strategizing timelines in a changing environment
Requirements
3+ years of project/account management experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably mix of Engineering & Management)
Understanding of Food/Pharma Industry and different production processes and challenges ESP Supply Chains Management
Experience with timeline creation and implementation
Exceptional organization skills and ability to adapt swiftly to any changes
Proficiency with Agile/SCRUM.
Preference to those with software/tech management experience
Preference to those with experience in high-performance tech startups
Impeccable English
Thoroughness on requirements, timelines, cost, people, decisions and actions
Excellent customer service skills with record of developing strong client partnerships
Ability to set expectations, organize & plan projects, and restitute information proactively
Location: Dublin (other possibilities are Tallinn or Distance work, but within Europe). Frequent travels may be required to corporate clients (Switzerland, Germany, UK).
