We are hiring Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine and to fuel and expand the ways we interact and acquire users across the digital and non-digital marketing landscape.

The Product Marketing Manager will work with the existing product team to evaluate, launch, optimize, and scale marketing channels in a fast moving and iterative environment. You’ll be expected to constantly explore, test, and evaluate new ways to launch and scale our product in the market.

Requirements:

• Experience in growth hacking and launching new software products publicly from ground 0 (ideally in financial domain)

• At least 1 successful product launched in US or Europe with a million or more users

• Experience taking at least 1 product from $0 to $1M ARR

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent strategic planning skills

• Fluent in English

• Strong team player with a positive attitude

• Proactive, self-motivated

• Hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” mentality

• Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, startup environment

Responsibilities:

• Be the expert on product users and competition

• Plan and execute the launch of new products, features and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

• Execute on marketing programs such as events and digital campaigns to promote the company and products

• Develop and oversee the execution of growth metrics

• Drive engagement and growth of community

• Organize meetups and events on a worldwide scale
