We are seeking an experienced Paralegal (2-4 years related work experience) to join our team.  

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and creative individual who has demonstrated academic achievement, strong data analytical skills, and has the ability to work well independently and as a member of a team. Applicants for this role should have a minimum 2-4 years of work experience in a law firm, investment bank, or other financial services firm or related experience specific to blockchain and Private Placement investments. 

Responsibilities of the Paralegal:

• Working with the group's Legal and Compliance, deal teams and outside counsel on deal closings

• Completing information requests related to fund closings (e.g., Smart Contracts, KYC/AML requests)

• Implementing new processes and creating operational efficiencies for transaction closings

• Assisting in managing NDA review and portfolio amendments

• Monitoring and responding to various legal information requests

• Assisting on other Ad-Hoc projects

Requirements of the Paralegal:

• 2-4 years of related work experience

• Undergraduate degree

• Experience in transactional matters

• Familiarity with legal documentation

• Superior organizational and communication skills

• Strong sense of personal integrity

• Ability to manage tight timelines and prioritize diverse tasks

• Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
