With increasing growth and international expansion of OKEx to Malta, we are looking for an experienced Malta- based Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate local operations in Malta. You will act as the right-hand person of the General Manager to lead and ensure various key projects and initiatives are being executed in a timely and professional manner.
What the day to day looks like:
· Assist in setting up OKEx’s operations in Malta;
· Provide operational support to offices globally, and ensure business development and operational efficiency;
· Assist in the Virtual Financial Asset licensing process and maintain relationships with government and regulatory bodies and financial industry;
· Assist in developing OKEx’s data protection and privacy policy compliant with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Ideal candidate must have:
· Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Business Management;
· Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years in managerial level;
· Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded;
· With experience in dealing with regional offices and possess an appreciation for different cultures;
· A natural team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Excellent command of written and spoken English.
