Knowledge in the blockchain/crypto space is preferred, accounting/bookkeeping knowledge is paramount.

- Corporate accounting knowledge (accounting principles and the full accounting process end to end)

- Project management skills

- Ability to take charge and lead a project

- Team management skills

Responsibilities:

- Provide proposals to clients interested to work with IBA

- Speak to clients and understand their accounting requirements

- Provide guidance to the team on requirements to deliver the services

- Work with HR to expand the team and on-board more talent
